Luis Soto founded Intercultural, Ltd. a consulting and business solutions company to support ministries and apostolates in the efforts to reach out to the growing Hispanic Catholic Community. As Assistant Executive Director of the Secretariat for Evangelization and Catechesis, he serves the Catholic Church’s primary mission of preparing her members to be missionary disciples in the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City.
