Mike Donovan

Mike Donovan is a Leadership Coach for the Catholic Men’s Leadership Alliance (CMLA) on the East Coast. He is also a revert to the Catholic faith having taken a 20 year detour into various communities within Protestantism. There, he got his start in disciple-making in Campus ministry where he spent several years in campus and Post-Collegiate discipleship ministry. His passion for the scriptures is ultimately what led him home to the Catholic Church. In addition to serving as a Leadership Coach for the CMLA, Mike also pioneers ministries with Emmaus Journey, a ministry of Catholic Evangelization and Discipleship that operates predominantly on the parish level in and for the benefit of the Archdiocese of New York.  Outside of ministry, Mike serves as a parish musician and operates Reflector Coffee Company, which roasts and ships freshly roasted coffees to customers with discerning palates. He, his wife Deidre and their five children live in New York City.
