If you go to "SETTINGS" you can turn off notifications. You can turn off any and all BLOG notifications, Forum Notifications, and Group Notifications. You can also customize which ones you want to keep on. I HIGHLY SUGGEST leaving CHAT NOTIFICATIONS ON. These are direct messages from individuals specifically trying to contact you and have a question.
